Here's our fledgling list of resources for people who are "doing" their home - Specifically, stores that you visit to get inspiration, or pick up a little something special, or where you would love someone to shop for a present for you.

Why? because over the holidays, I was in a few different towns visiting relatives with some time to kill, and I didn't know where to go. I want to make this a great resource you can turn to next time you are visiting family and need to get away for an hour or two.

Basically, I'm interested in real stores - little vintage shops, or flea markets in your area, or antique stores with cool stuff. I'm also interested in virtual stores on the web, too. I'm trying to stay away from the chains because everybody already seems to know about them (Anthropolgie, Crate & Barrel, Design within Reach), and everybody seems to know about Goodwill, already.

If you have your own shop, this is the place for a free ad. One thread per store, please.
